Meet the Managing Director 

Vincent Shibambo

Vincent graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2018 and commenced articles of clerkship in the same year. In 2021, he was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

His experience as an attorney involves advising liquidators and business rescue practitioners on matters relating to winding up of insolvent companies and the corporate restructure of financially distressed companies, particularly in the sectors mining and construction. He has advised creditor companies on the validity of their security over insolvent debtor companies, the ranking of their claim within the general body of creditors and various means of recovery in order to yield the highest possible dividend. He is experienced in drafting commercial contracts to facilitate out-of-court settlements between debtors and creditors, negotiating and drafting compromise agreements in terms of section 155 of the Companies Act and facilitating corporate transactions for the sale of businesses as a going concern. In 2023, Vincent founded Shibambo Attorneys Inc.
